glacier time

Since 1999 Matt and I have been involved with Alaska Icefield Expeditions. We met on the Mendenhall glacier 8 years ago. Time flys!!! Last year was the first year that the company started doing ground tours. As you can see the glacier is spectacular, but with our two girls it is so lovely to be on the ground. However, our dogs are still working on the glacier. Dale and Mark are running them this summer. It's getting late enough in the season that thoughts turn towards fall training and going home. We can't wait to see our dogs!! Don't get me wrong, camp life is great!
